Do I See A Sea of Cee Sharpness?

So I was just thinking, how will anyone know which C# I'm talking about?! I guess I should have named this 'Db to C#,' because it would have been clear that the "C#" referred to the programming language, and the Db to music. For those of you coders that don't know, Db and C# are enharmonic equivalents (Db==C#), duh!

C#/Db Clarification

I must point out that C# and Db are only enharmonic equivalents when you assume Equal Temperament. If we were playing on a Meantone instrument, C# and Db would not sound the same, since meantone tuning provides perfectly consonant thirds and subsequently narrow fifths. This results in an extra wide fifth where the circle of fifths should normally close. Without the closed circle, our next cycle will not be the same, and thus we cannot achieve enharmonic equivalence. Therefore, it is a good thing you did NOT name this site "Db to C#." Imagine the potential subsequent confusion!! No one would know which tuning system you meant, and if they assumed meantone tuning, all hell would break lose. PHEW!
